You acknowledge and agree that unokard (Vkonex Research Private Limited.) will regard your usage of the Services as acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Terms") going forward by registering with unokard and utilizing the services offered by unokard. Unokard Offerings

By agreeing to these terms, you agree to register with us in order to use unokard's services to obtain a loan, credit, or other product. You agree that the information requested is necessary for unokard to comply with the various laws, rules, and regulations (such as Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, Combating of Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and Obligation of Banks Under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002) promulgated by the Government of India from time to time. You also realize that unokard won't be able to continue offering its services to you if you don't provide it with the information it needs. You attest that all information provided to unokard (whether through the company's website or elsewhere) is accurate, truthful, and complete.

Intangible property

You agree and accept that unokard is the only owner of all legal rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services, including any underlying intellectual property rights. You must not use it in any way that might harm, disable, overload, or impair our server, any networks linked to any unokard server, or that would obstruct someone else from using it. You may not use any means, including hacking or password mining, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any services and features, other user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any unokard servers. You agree that all actions taken as a result of using your Device are presumed to have been initiated by you. Our material cannot be copied, duplicated, distributed, or used to make derivative works. You must not also reverse-engineer our technology or reverse-compile it. If your device has been lost or stolen, you must ask unokard to ban the Account and reset the passcode right away. Any and all actions are taken in connection with your Account are your own responsibility. You undertake to immediately alert unokard of any unauthorized use of the Account or any other security breach. If you fail to notify unokard within a reasonable amount of time of the loss or theft of your Device and/or any unauthorized access to your Account, either with or without your knowledge or if you behave negligently, unokard will not be responsible for any loss you suffer. You are responsible for any losses a third party uses your Account to cause unokard or another party. Without the account holder's and unokard's consent, you are not permitted to use anybody else's account at any time. unokard will use all commercially reasonable steps to keep your information private. However, unokard shall not be liable for any disclosure or leakage of private information or for any loss or damage to the Device resulting from theft, carelessness, or your failure to follow safe computing practices. You must make sure that you always completely abide by all current and applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using the services and features. Otherwise, unokard will not be accountable.

Reimburse

You agree to defend us against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, resulting from or connected with your access to and use of the Atlantis in violation of these Terms and/or your infringement, or the infringement by any other user of your Account, of any intellectual property or another right of anyone. You also agree to hold us and our associates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any and all such claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees The provisions of this clause will remain in effect even if these Terms are terminated or canceled.

Refund Policy

Once your payment towards beneficiary is returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned payment. We will also notify you of the payment reinitiating or rejection of the payment leading to refund. If you are approved, then your payment will be processed again, and in case you reject a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
